This position requires experience with closing documents and the ability to communicate effectively with settlement agents and attorneys. You will need to be familiar with the Title process as well as Security Instruments, and Riders.
Required Experience/Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 recent years of Mortgage Closing experience.
- Familiarly with Mortgage loan terms and documentation - Detail oriented and strong communication skills
- Self motivated and deadline oriented
- Abil! ity to learn a variety of processing functions
- Good a! nalytical ability and reasoning skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
