A law firm located in Tysons Corners Virginia is currently looking for an Immigratoin law attorney to assist with their growing Immigration law le! gal work.
DUTIES
- Meet with clients and facilitate family and work immigration visa requirements or citizenship applications and interviews. Also experience with deportations and cancelation of removals.
Experience handling the following immigration law cases is desirable:
- Deportations
- Non-Immigrant Visas (E-1, E-2, H-1B, H-2B, L-1A, L-1B, O-1, TN)
- Employment-Based Immigration Visas (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3)
- Family-Based Immigration Visas, adjustment of status, consular processing and naturalization.
- I-9 compliance and litigation.
- Meet with clients and facilitate family and work immigration visa requirements or citizenship applications and interviews.! Also experience with deportations and cancelation of removals! .
