DIGITAL MEDIA AND VIDEO COORDINATOR
The Digital Media and Video Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing team and internal clients to ensure the success! ful creation, distribution and metrics of marketing campaigns ! utilizing email marketing social media and video. The Coordinator will assist videotaping members for content marketing and testimonial purposes and will post the videos on member portals. The Coordinator will also be the project manager for the creation of digital “toolkits†for promotional campaigns
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Video shoot set-ups, shooting, editing using Final Cut Pro, and posting to member portals;
- Help promote and build ASPPA’s social media networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn);
- Coordinate final drafts of email promos--including editing/proofing of copy, and working with internal clients to ensure message accuracy;
- Distribute email promos to targeted lists using ASPPA’s email platform;
- Serve as liaison to outside social media consultant for grassroots advocacy campaigns;
- Develop and distribute social media messaging;
- Copywriting for multiple campaigns and clients;
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent), in Marketing or Communications preferred;
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint;
- Experience with Final Cut Pro is a plus;
- Advanced skills in the use of Social Media;
- Proficient copywriter;
- Familiarity with Basecamp or other share program;
- Skilled in the use of email distribution platforms.
