Government Contracting Ethics and Compliance Director The candidate should have an Undergraduate degree like B.A. or B.S. Graduate degree, such as a J.D. or MBA, is preferred.
Must have 8 years of experience demonstrating expertise within federal, state and local government ethics and compliance functions. Should demonstrate expertise and an extensive proven record of technical knowledge of federal, state and local government contracting compliance requirements including procurement, anti-corruption, conflict of interest, false claims,! lobbying, and campaign finance requirements related to the fo! llowing: creating, developing, establishing, maintaining and monitoring policies and programs involving 1) government-related activities and regulatory requirements and 2) internal E&C and government contracting practices and initiatives; independently providing direction and guidance about US E&C policies and procedures; establishing and implementing appropriate compliance reviews to verify compliance with policy and procedures related to government contracting requirements; developing and delivering comprehensive training programs and communications, guidance and advice regarding government contracting ethics and compliance requirements; providing advice and counsel on federal, state and local ethics and compliance requirements to partners, staff and engagement teams in a timely manner; collaborating with global compliance leadership to provide guidance, establish policies and otherwise address international compliance matters including FCPA, other anti-bribery laws and r! egulations, anti-boycott requirements, US export control requirements; and participating in and conducting investigations relating to government contracting matters or government compliance requirements.
