Be a hero from home! We are looking to add an empathic and articulate individual to join our team! You would answer phone calls overnight in the comfort of your home! Get a detailed description of what the home owner needs, schedule the job and possibly dispatch the job to an overnight technician. In addition, there is data entry and reporting.
We would provide a computer system. Training for the position would be during the day in our Eaton Rapids facility for one to two weeks.
There may be an occasional need to come into the office for additional training and team meetings. Must reside near the Lansing, Mi area.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
