Compensation:

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team as both a technical lead and manager for our offshore development team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of cutting-edge software solutions while guiding and mentoring our talented offshore developers. Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical lead and manager for our offshore development team, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements through functional and technical requirement documents
- Create and manage project milestones, sprints, and ensure timely completion of tasks by the team
- Conduct market research and competition analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
- Work closely with designers and stakeholders to define and implement user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) improvements
- Write clean, efficient, and high-quality code to develop software solutions
- Perform code reviews, identify issues, and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, frameworks, and advancements in full stack development
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the team
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a senior full stack developer or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end development technologies (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React, Node.js, etc.)
- Experience in managing offshore development teams and guiding them to deliver high-quality results
- Ability to write comprehensive functional and technical requirement documents
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to define milestones, set priorities, and manage resources effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and the ability to translate them into practical solutions
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
