A bit about us:
We’re a liberal, art-appreciating family of three! We love to travel, see theatre, and learn about different cultures. We are very New York-y! I am a career-oriented person and I want my son to see what it’s like to be both a career woman and a Mom. I’m a feminist! We both work really hard and have demanding jobs. We’re also very social, fun, young, millennial parents. This is our first child, but we will most often be out of the way working in our ADU so we won’t micromanage. I hope you will become like family to us!
Our 3-month-old is a pretty easy baby. He sleeps well and isn’t fussy. He loves being read to, being in his swing, and snuggling with Mommy. I call him my Velcro-baby. He would like a nanny with positive, radiant, energy, and good vibes!
A bit about you:
Above all, you are trustworthy! You are warm-hearted and accepting of all people from all walks of life!
Others would describe you as experienced, loving, and passionate! The wonder of witnessing baby milestones never gets old and you are a present, engaging nanny. You are reliable, punctual, and take instructions well. You have kept up with modern parenting and are able to align with different parenting styles. You have some flexibility to work later hours when prior communication is given.
Job Duties:
Engage our baby in safe and age-appropriate play, help him reach developmental milestones, change diapers, make healthy meals for the baby as he gets older, assist with naps, tummy time, bottle feeding, transport baby to the park, library, etc, baby-related clean-up, baby laundry, light tidying, and taking out the diaper pail.
