An Inside Edge Legal client is seeking an Attorney experienced in Mergers & Acquisitions for a contract position at their Reston, VA location.This contract position is expected to last 1-2 months. The contract attorney will handle substantive assignments related to due diligence review and the preparation of related transaction documents. Experience with due diligence review of a wide range of corporate documents, real estate assets, and finance instruments required. Candidates with a background in hospitality and commercial real estate strongly preferred. Requirements: JD and active license to practice law in any US jurisdiction Minimum 3 years legal experience, preferably with a law firmThis is an immediate opportunity.
