PAY RATE: $13/HOUR
HOURS: M-F 3:00-11:30PM SOME O.T. REQUIRED (AFTER 2-MONTH TRAINING PERIOD IS COMPLETED)
Volt Workforce Solutions has a long-term position available in Richmond, VA for a Foreclosure Support Specialist.
Position
The Foreclosure Support Specialist will be preparing verifications and approving loan document details for accuracy. She/he must understand the difference between a Deed and a Note, and must possess knowledge of Mortgage documentation. These documents must be accurate because they will be presented in Court.
Additionally, since the Foreclosure Support Specialist will be speaking with Attorneys, she/he will need to have professional communication skills.

Requirements:
Required Skills for this Foreclosure Support Specialist position include the following:
1 year of Mortgage industry experience preferred
Must know the difference between a Deed and a Note
Must possess knowledge of Mortgage documentation and understand how to organize the documents
Must be skilled and experienced in Microsoft Excel
Should have professional communication skills and strong attention to detail
