Further informations about this vacancy opportunity please read the description below. jmulchroneapexsystemsinccom mailtojmulchroneapexsystemsinccom Longe term contract or contract to hire Candidate must be able to obtainmaintain Secret Clearance Seeking a senior Hyperion Planning engineer to support our DoD program in the following functionaltechnical areas installation configuration and integration of Hyperion Planning and Essbase into the Enterprise Suite The candidate will perform Hyperion Planning application design development unit testing integration testing and deployment tasks to reengineer an existing set of custom applications The candidate will be responsible for design of the Planning applications integration of system components with the Planning application including data forms calculations business rules task lists and data integration used to perform Army Planning Programming and Budgeting The candidate will work with a team of contractor and government engineering professionals following detailed lifecycle processes and utilizing best practices for configuration control and development activities The candidate will design the user experience from an end user budgeting and reporting perspective and determining data sourcing strategies and data validation approach Requirements A minimum of 3 years’ experience with Hyperion 9 Planning A minimum of 4 years’ experience with Essbase Knowledge of Hyperion Planning version 11 Must have strong finance background experience in Planning Budgeting and Forecasting process Experience in Business Intelligence design analytics Experience in full lifecycle of project development including Requirements Design Development Testing Deployment and Training Excellent written oral and interpersonal skills and ability to foster client relationships and working relationships with peers Excellent analytical and research skills Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance Nice to Have Knowledge of DOD financial processes Oracle Financial Data Quality Management Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) experience OBIEE+ Oracle RAC Oracle Advanced Security Oracle RDBMS Hyperion BI+ (Interactive Reporting Web Analysis) Behavioral Requirements Mission oriented â€" we are crucial to mission success Good communication interpersonal and professionalism skills are required Must be reliable Highly motivated and results oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast paced environment Strong communicator who can work directly with client users of all levels of staff and management Demonstrates initiative and adaptability Values achievements and action Strong analysis and problem solving skills â€" always looking for the better way Candidate must be customer oriented as our success is heavily based upon their satisfaction which has at least as much to do with people skills and communications as technical capabilities In addition to technical excellence our clients judge us on promptness attention to detail presentation and communication with their staff
