JOB DESCRIPTION
The Loudoun County Attorney’s Office in Leesburg, Virginia is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time Assistant County Attorney position. Duties include advising county departments, agencies and officials; preparing ordinances, opinions, and legal documents; and representing the county in state and federal court and administrative proceedings. This position primarily advises and represents all divisions of the Department of Family Services.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Requires a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and three years of law experience. Applicants that have a Juris Doctor degree and one year of related work experience may be considered for this position at a lower grade. Must be a member of the Virginia State Bar.
