Provide leadership and guidance to staff members to accomplish overall objectives by: implementing/uti!   lizing performance measures to provide feedback, managing against performance standards, understanding policy/regulations, and communicating with customers daily at a supervisory level. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 
- Reviews and evaluate collection reports.
- Audits delinquent accounts.
- Submits delinquent accounts to attorney or outside agency for collection.
- Assists Senior Management in the formulation of collection policies.
- Review accounts received from collection staff for repossession, seizures, replevins, impounds etc.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure all accounts are assigned for daily work.
- Verify that all state specific guidelines are met.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); minimum of three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of educati! on and experience.
