The Contract Manager of Commercial Services will be a member of the Commercial Services team in Hilton Worldwide's Legal Department, supporting our business partners in the Global Online, eCommerce, Distribution, Global Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations and Customer Care departments.

What will I be doing?
The Contract Manager of Commercial Services will assist with the ongoing operational elements of the companyâs business including sales and other departments through the drafting of agreements, development of general guidelines, program rules, creation and maintenance of reference materials, tools and forms to ensure legal compliance and minimize legal risk.
Other key priorities are listed below:
Draft, coordinate and negotiate non-legal provisions of select company contracts under the supervision of an attorney and subj! ect to various guidelines, documents legal terms of company contracts
Manage and coordinate on-going contractual compliance and supporting relationship management between the business client and the other party to the contract
Work directly with business partners and third parties; analyze specific business-related requirements of each contract, as well as applicable legal requirements and company policies and procedures
Provide daily legal support for on-going operational elements of the companyâs business including Sales, eCommerce and other operational departments including the drafting of agreements, development of general guidelines, program rules and creation and maintenance of reference materials, tools and forms to ensure legal compliance and minimize legal risk
Negotiate, administer, extend, terminate and renegotiate applicable agreements
Evaluate and monitor contract performance to determine necessity for amendments o! r extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations
Evaluate claims or complaints occurring in performance of contracts
Gather appropriate data or information from all relevant sources such as team members, records, files, databases, client and web-based applications and surveys
Analyze data and information
Provide guidance and direction to clients on how to prepare and use form contracts through educational tools such as those posted on the Legal Forms pages, in FAQs and in other systems
Review and approve changes to standard form and other contracts
Under the direction of attorneys, respond to questions and requests for legal assistance from business partners
Teach business partners how to handle and respond to contractual and other recurring matters
Provide detailed, timely, hospitable written advice consistent with Hiltonâs policies, procedures and past practices, to help business partners and other team members handle the same and similar matters co! nsistently and directly
May work directly with outside counsel and third partiesâ outside counsel providing support in these and other areas
May manage outside vendors or outsourced professionals
Support non-contract related work and projects in support of the VP and Senior Counsel, Commercial Services

Experience working with contract negotiation
Experience working in a legal role with a law firm or corporate legal department
Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint an! d Outlook
BS/BA Bachelorâs Degree
Minimum of three ! (3) years of related professional experience
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Experience working in a Global role
Minimum of five (5) years of related professional experience
Minimum of two (2) years of managerial experience
