Your responsibilities will be dependent upon your patent experience and/or technical background. Primarily prepare and prosecute patents. Support patent attorneys regarding opinions, acquisitions due diligence, and litigation. Absolutely must have at least 2 years solid preparation and prosecutio! n experience in electrical and/or software arts. Depending on your technical background, you may deal with electrical engineering (hardware, circuits, chip design, etc.) or software technologies, or both. Excellent opportunity for solid client interaction. Premiere work for an impressive client list.
Requirements: Minimum BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science. Advanced degree preferred. USPTO registration absolutely required.
