Responsibilities
This position is responsible for working with General Counsel on legal aspects of Company including reviewing and negotiating contracts, managing healthcare legal matters, litigation issues, employment legal matters, and general business legal matters.
Qualifications
Licensure
Virginia or North Carolina Bar licensure
Experience and/or Pre-requisites
Bachelor’s degree
JD Degree from an accredited Law school
Minimum four years of experience in the practice of law. Health care experience preferred. Government agency experience a plus.
Skills and Abilities
Strong customer service orientation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills
Strong critical thinker
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
