Description: Hunton & Williams is presently looking of Tax Project Lawyer right now, this occupation will be settled in Virginia. Years of Experience : The Tax & ERISA team of Hunton & Williams LLP seeks an attorney in a part-time associate position. The candidate will not be guaranteed any specific hours, but will be limited to not more than 1,000 hours per year, and will be paid an hourly rate (depending on experience and commitment) for billable credit hours worked and recorded. The attorney will be under the supervision of full time lawyers working in client-focused service teams. This position is administratively classified as a “project lawyer,” and is not partnership-track or benefits-eligible. The ideal candidate will have two or more years of REMIC and other structured finance tax experience. The attorney’s primary duties will consist of reviewing securitization structures, offering materials and closing documents, and research of related issues and questions. Some writing projects may also be available. Telecommuting from a home office in the region will be available for more experienced lawyers. This position can be filled in one of the following offices: New York, Washington, D.C., Richmond, Charlotte, Atlanta, Miami or Dallas.
