What is on your agenda:

Taking care of the full recruitment cycle:
- Cv screening
- Calling candidates and qualifying them
- Holding interviews to determine if the candidate fits within FSM Group
- Discussing salary and package
Profiles
Your profile:
- Diploma: Preferably you have obtained your bachelor's/master's degree
- Experience: If you already have experience as a Recruiter, it is a bonus, but certainly not a requirement
- Languages: FLUENT English with high level of Dutch or/and French
- Personality: You are eager to learn and are motivated to grow as a consultant
