As a RSA You will be responsible for cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms, replenishing amenities, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to established standards and procedures.
- Change linens, make beds, and replace towels and toiletries as needed.
- Dust, vacuum, and clean all surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and appliances.
- Empty trash and replace garbage bags.
- Restock amenities, such as soap, shampoo, and tissues, in each room.
- Report any maintenance issues or damage to the appropriate department.
- Ensure all equipment, cleaning supplies, and carts are properly maintained and stored.
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with the front desk and other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
