We provide services to companies throughout their lifecycle from purchasing a company to investigating potential fraud. We are seeking qualified Supervisory Paralegals to join our Federal practice. Responsibilities
Directing and supervising work of paralegals and support Monitoring work and reports on progress Ensuring that work meets attorney requirements Troubleshooting and performing quality control spot-checks. Performing complex legal and factual research Designing and developing systems and procedures for tracking and managing case files
Qualifications Minimum of a paralegal certificate or an equivalent level of legal training Minimum of three years of litigation paralegal experience, including trial experience Minimum of one year of experience in automated litigation support Supervisory experience Working knowledge of legal system, legal research procedures Excellent written and oral communication skills Knowledge of legal research tools such as LEXIS and WestLaw Advanced knowledge processing, database, spreadsheet, imaging, and telecommunications Ability to consistently deliver highest quality work under extreme pressure

- US Citizen who must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance
