Baltimore firm has an immediate opening for a Legal Secretary to support attorneys in their Litigation Practice. Responsibilities will include: production of legal! documents, filing and retrieval of electronic information, calendar management and travel arrangements, timeentry, and provide back-up coverage for attorneys as needed.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in complex commercial litigation in the Maryland Court system. Pre-trial and trail experience is preferred. Candidate should have proficiency with Microsoft Office 2010 Suite and Elite Software. Candidate needs to be well organized with excellent communication skills. OT may be required. Firm offers an excellent work environment and salary to mid 60s.
