The Northern Virginia office of a major law firm seeks a Government Contracts attorney with a minimum of 3 years experience. The successful candidate will have experience counseling! government contractors and grant recipients on the formation and administration of government contracts and grants. Experience in reviewing and negotiating teaming agreements, subcontracts, and non-disclosure agreements, and conducting compliance reviews is required. Experience with Bid protest, investigating and preparing contractor claims, audits, and internal investigations is desired, but not required.
Experience advising clients on Cost Accounting Standards is a plus but not required.
