Sr. Project Manager - Data Center Migrations !
Service Line Cloud & Virtual Data Center Infrastructure (CVDC)
Role Description: Project Manager/Sr. Consultant (Wave Lead) with proven expertise leading data center migration projects. Resource will be required to interface with technical infrastructure teams and application teams to plan and execute Migration Events.
During Migration Planning, the resource will perform the following:
- Conduct Table Top sessions to confirm the accuracy of the Migration Plans (i.e. Runbook)
- Track pre-migration tasks to closure
- Conduct the Go/No-Go prior to the Execution of each Event
- Manage the Command Center
- Manage the migration of Applications/Servers
- Triage during issue resolution
- Conduct Lessons Learned after every Migration Event
