PROGRAM OPERATIONS! MGR III - FED/NATL is a key
position in the Contractor Program Office (CPO) for the
SAVVIS Schedule 70 and other SAVVIS Federal contracts and will have direct responsibilities for the development, planning, and management of the contracts at both the strategic and tactical levels and act as the companywide point of contact for any Schedule related issues/questions.

Responsibilities & Job Duties

  • Serve as the point of contact for customers on contractual matters and act as contractual "middleman" between company employees and customers, ensuring timely review and approval / reconciliation of variations
  • On all standard and non-standard contracts, provide redlined recommendations and negotiate directly with government attorneys or contracts staff until consensus has been reached
  • Maintain contractual records and documentation, such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, con! tractual changes, status reports and other documents for all p! rojects
  • As needed, provide guidance on contract matters to project managers, including training in contracting procedures to new project managers and other employees
  • Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy. As appropriate, contribute to or influence company policies
  • Monitor compliance by company employees with established procedures
  • Work with risk manage Legal department to coordinate contractual "business" requirements.
  • Work with finance and offer management to ensure adherence to broader finance and risk requirements such as revenue recognition, pricing and discounting policies. Monitor competitive terms, customer satisfaction with our terms and conditions and contracting practices
  • Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation
  • Monit! or transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables, price increases, invoicing, etc.)
  • Ensure contract close-out, extension or renewal
  • Maintain compliance to all terms and conditions including:
o Commercial sales practice compliance
o Pricing relationship with basis of award customer selection
o Contract sales reporting and fee payment
  • Schedule offering refreshes, to be performed on a regular basis to ensure current product and pricing availability
  • Update contract offerings/information (Schedule catalog) on GSA eLibrary site
  • Update contract offerings (products/services) on GSA Advantage site
  • Generate contract modifications for all new products/services and refreshes to existing offerings
  • Support processing of electronic orders
  • Oversee service level agreement compliance
  • Support proposal and new sales opportunity requests
  • Support product management/marketing to ens! ure company products and services are offered with appropriate, competi! tive terms and conditions.
  • Partner with BD and Marketing to expand the Schedule offerings/sales by:
o Adding new company products/services to the contract
o Working with suppliers/vendors (subcontractors) to establish new teaming arrangements; letter of supply for offering subcontracted products and services on the contract; and establishing letters of agency with other schedule holders to allow CTL to sell from another company's Schedule contract
o Act as the direct company point of contact for the Government Contracting Officers and take the lead on any GSA audits and visits from GSA regarding schedule performance
Qualifications: BS/BA in business, economics, finance, or telecommunications preferredKnowledge of SAVVIS Products and Services to include hosting, cloud, and cyber-security servicesProject Management experience and trainingSkilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access, and Internet ExplorerEight years of ov! erall work experience with at least five in a Programmatic or Project Management Capacity is highly preferred.
