Position: Title Underwriter
Location: Ashburn, Virginia
Join an award-winning company! Westminster Abstract Company , a Toll Brothers, Inc. company, seeks a Title Underwriter to join our corporate office in Ashburn, Virginia.
The position will require extensive underwriting experience and ability. In this position, you will have responsibility in the daily processing, underwriting, and closing of land acquisitions from agreement of sale through closing of the parent company and other commercial clients. You will also prepare relevant paperwork for closing, record documents, prepare title commitments, and final policies for residential, land acquisition and commercial transactions. Through your hands-on involvement in this entire process, you will interact with our top-notch staff and in-house attorneys, as well as various title underwriters.
Toll Brothers, Inc.! has operations in 19 states across the country. This is an ex! cellent opportunity to gain exposure to title work in multiple states!
Qualifications:
We seek an energetic individual with five or more years of experience in title underwriting and closings.
