The Global Benefits Analyst will support the Global Benefits Manager with the management and coordination of all non-US health and welfare benefit plan renewals and new plan implementations. Will also manage the day-to-day administration of our global benefit and wellness programs. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and a good understanding of US and international benefits principles, regulations, and practices. Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
- Assists with the management of all non-US benefit plans renewals and new plan implementations including health, life, disability, personal accident retirement and other perquisite benefit programs. Includes actively participating in renewal meetings, audit and analysis of renewal documents/contracts and coordinating all implementation tasks.
- Manages day-to-day administration of global benefit programs such as the Global Employee Assistance program, Business Travel Accident policy and Global Expat health plan.
- Eligibility processing, reconciliation, and payment processing of all global benefit invoices.
- Provides benefits costs estimates, for Global Mobility transfers and assignments; prepares language for Global Mobility agreements and tracks coverages of all Expats.
- Maintains the global benefits content in People Experience Hub and Workday systems.
Who You Are
- A self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Able to effectively communicate in a cross-cultural worldwide environment and to convey complex benefits information in a manner that is clear and easy to understand.
- Possess strong customer service skills with the ability to develop solid relationships with cross-functional internal and external partners.
We’d love to hear from people with
- 3-5 years of experience in Benefits or related field, preferably with international benefits
- Undergraduate degree, preferred
- Knowledge of U.S. and preferably international benefits principles, regulations, and practices.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to be flexible and adjust work schedule to accommodate global communications/meetings in various time zones.

$70,000 - $78,000
The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
