JOB DESCRIPTION
All Steel Service is hiring an Office Assistant to the company Director. Duties will include:
- Assisting the company Director with various tasks (spreadsheets, data entry, using the company ERP system, marketing projects, etc.)
- Managing the company Facebook page, and other small marketing tasks
- Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
- An upbeat and cheerful personality
- A good phone presence
- Strong computer skills
- Familiarity with Facebook and other social media platforms
- An interest in graphic design
WORKING HOURS/REMOTE SETUP
The position will be 100% remote.
The candidate must have access to a strong and reliable Internet connection. It is also necessary to have a dedicated room for working, where it is quiet and there are no background noises.
This is a part-time position with about 22-27 hours worked per week. These hours will be worked on Tuesday-Friday (i.e. there will not be any work on Saturday, Sunday or Monday).
BENEFITS
Since this is a part-time position, there are no medical/dental/vision benefits. There are also no paid holidays. However, it will be OK for the candidate to take some time off (unpaid) during the year for vacation and/or other family functions. Details will be discussed during the interview process.

Located in Allentown, PA, All Steel Service serves the Mid-Atlantic region with steel products and processing. We are a family-owned business, and have been in operation since 2000.
