Scheduler:
The Abby group is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Professional Agent Scheduler (PAS) to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing leads to grow our client base.
This individual will be a key contributor to our marketing team's success, driving revenue by communicating the value of our product/service, qualifying prospects and setting up sales opportunities.
This independent scheduler role is great for recent college graduates, stay at home individuals, and anyone looking to get into the fields of sales and/or insurance. It is a work from home/remote position, so a computer; high speed internet access, and a quality headset with microphone are all required. No insurance license is required. Since this is an entry level position with a growing company, there is lots of room for potential advancement.
Outreach and Prospecting: Reach out to potential clients through a CRM and lead generated software. Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
Lead Screening: Screen potential leads for the sales team by qualifying prospects as per our product/service requirements.
Networking: Use social media, events and other networking opportunities to increase company visibility and generate new leads.
Client Engagement: Establish initial contact and maintain follow-up communication with potential clients until the appointment stage.
CRM: Use CRM tools to record and track progress with each lead. Update client data and provide regular reports to the sales team.
Sales Team Support: Coordinate with the sales team to move prospects through the pipeline and reach sales goals. Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales team members.
Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and consumer trends. Stay informed about competitor products and services.
Achieve weekly/monthly targets.

Job Requirements:
- Must be able to work with a remote team environment
- Must be able to operate fully remote as a independent agent
- Must be able to self disapline and dedicate work time as needed
- Must have a strong attention to detail
- Must be able to work on a computer with a strong enough connection
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as PDF files, Excell spreadsheets, etc.
- Ability to interpret and apply instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to write reports or correspondence that accurately reflects the Company’s policies and procedures
- Self-starter and problem solver
- Ability to work independently
- Understanding of sales and marketing performance metrics
