Detailed specification about this position opportunity kindly see the descriptions. Our client is currently seeking a SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT TRANSFORMATION MANAGER.
We have an outstanding opportunity for you to support a customer who has multiple! systems development centers (with 150 a 250 analyst, programmer, architect resources) at each site. The customer wants to dramatically improve the performance of these 3 organizations through coaching/mentoring.
The customer's goals are to improve the way managers make decisions, resource projects, set customer dates and expectations, measure success, select new employees, select contractors, replace contractor resources that are not delivering, determine when and where to utilize software tools, understand how to enhance team leadership and key resources, establish redundant and recurring processes to deliver quality solution code, meet schedules, and teach each individual employee how to be successful.
In this process, it will be necessary to shadow and work with the Systems Development center manager every day, be involved in supporting key decisions, reviewing projects.
Requirements
a15 Years of Systems Development Management experience and ex! pertise
aMust have managed at least 2-3 different dev! elopment organizations in your career
aMust have been responsible for over 100 Systems Development Resources in the past positions
aMust fully understand how to effectively manage human resources
aMust know how to leverage successfully people, processes and when to utilize Technology
aAgile Methodology knowledge and expertise is a plus
aAutomated Tool experience a plus
aMust be a believer in repeatable processes, root cause expertise, and how to leverage resources to gain the most productivity
aMust be able to Mentor and Coach a senior Leader/Executive of the Solution Development Organization
aMust understand and support Quality, Change Management, as well as Service Management
aMust be willing to travel every other week of the month
aMust have good writing skills
aMust be able to establish metrics of progress for each of these leaders and then report and track progress
